who am I?
In order to give you a clear idea of me, I can suggest you to imagine a 25-years-old girl holding a pizza in one hand, without cheese because I don’t like it, but this is another topic, and in the other a world globe.
I think I am precisely like that, an Italian girl who loves her country but with a strong passion for travelling and getting to know new people, their habits, and their culture.
This interest of mine is based on a strong underlying curiosity that has always accompanied me, allowing me to be open-minded and tolerant when dealing with new ideas and perspectives.
Particularly during the master’s programme, where I had the opportunity to focus only on the study of subjects I enjoy and to deal with real clients; this prompted me to analyse and delve into every aspect, for my own sake and to provide them with the most appropriate strategy possible.
Furthermore, I consider this feature fundamental for my professional career as it will guarantee me to keep always high my motivation and make learning a fixed part of my life, also given the ongoing evolution of the digital world.
My desire to explore and discover new realities makes me ready to take on new challenges that enable me to grow and learn about new digital facets, thus expanding my knowledge.
Aspects that are essential to adapt to the dynamism and speed of this sector.
Additionally, throughout my high school studies based on human sciences (e.g. psychology and sociology) and my experience as a children’s animator, I acquired empathic skills by learning how important it is to comprehend the feelings of those in front of you, in order to interact in the best possible way, as one-way communication does not bring any advantage.
I consider this point mandatory for the environment in which I want to work because although it is mostly done online, interactions with other people are a fundamental part of it. Building sincere, trustful, and authentic relationships with customers, users, or even other colleagues is essential to be able to achieve certain goals.
In conclusion, I can describe myself as an emotional person, but who can also be very rational at the same time. This may sound nonsensical, but that is exactly how it is.
Actually, I have realised that this mix is, perhaps, my greatest asset for working well in the Digital Marketing field.
Indeed, I use a lot of rationality in my attention to detail, my precision and my planning, but at the same time, as mentioned, I am strongly empathetic, sociable, and I get excited about a lot of things.
Apart from travel, another main hobby I have is sport, after many years of artistic gymnastics, I now take care of myself in the best way possible through training and healthy food.
